    Those rotating elbows were the first thing I learnt in Systema. Such a great multi-use tool. Works with fist fighting, grabs, even on the ground.

    Would you answer a question for me please? Does systema have any ‘bridging’ or ‘closing the gap’ techqniues or concepts? (videos always seem to start very close or in contact) are there any good videos you could point me in the direction of that demonstrate them?
