Well baseball is pretty much seasonal and there was just a question the other day where part of my answer included the fact that a person is in school only for so long and so the pursuit of high-school sports sometimes costs me a student. I hate to lose good students to other sports but I never take it personally or hold it against the student and only ask that they come and tell me what they are doing and why. I lost just such a student recently to baseball in fact and I hope he does well and enjoys playing baseball and I will still be there for him when the season is over which is what I told him. I don't think you can hold it against a student for being young and wanting to pursue other sports and activities in school as they are only young once and in school only so long. Jiu jitsu will be around for a lot longer probably than you will have the opportunity to play ball; especially if it is in school. Batter up!

Well if I am in your part I must choose jiu jitsu of course because aside from enjoying it i will gain physical and mental fitness and most important is self defense skills.

But it is you, so why not try to play baseball and gain your objectives for doing it, after that try to train and practice in jiu jitsu, feel yourself if you enjoy your time besides some dojo are offering free session for the starter, then it's time for you to analyze which are more favorable on your part that will amuse you a lot, remember it's hard to pursue one thing if it is against your will.

Good luck

Do baseball in the spring and Jiu Jitsu the rest of the year. It's not a either/or proposition.

probably ju jutsu because it is more dependable and baseball cant really stick with you forever even if you give up on that ju jutsu could help you someday

It depends on what you're looking to get from them both.
If you are looking to make friends, you'll get them from both. If you're looking to get healthy/stay active, you'll get that from both.
If you're trying to learn how to save your life, I'd hope you'd pick jiu-jitsu.
